How long does a membership last?
Twelve months from the date of activation. Cover kicks in 14 days after payment clears — this is a standard waiting period to keep things fair for everyone on plan. We do not auto-renew, and we'll contact you before yours expires.
What's actually included?
24/7 roadside assistance, towing within your covered region, swapping a flat tyre to your own spare wheel, and battery jump-starts. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
What's not included?
We are not a mobile mechanic service. On-site mechanical repairs, replacement parts (tyres, batteries, fuel), garage labour and third-party liability are excluded and billed separately.
Can I share my membership with my partner or family?
Membership is linked to the vehicle and the registered driver. For multiple vehicles or named drivers, please call us and we'll set up the right combination.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Memberships are non-refundable after the fourteen-day cooling-off period from activation. Cancellation does not entitle a refund of any unused portion of the year.
